These terms apply to quotes and removal services carried out by T Move. Last updated July 2026.
Quotes are provided based on the details supplied at enquiry stage and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Significant changes to the volume or access discovered on the day may affect the final cost.
Cancellations made close to the booked moving date may be subject to a charge. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access at both properties and notifying us of any known access restrictions, such as parking permits or narrow stairwells, ahead of the move.
